1. The service

RMF GRC AI, at rmfgrc.ai, is an educational training service operated by 1teamyb LLC (DBA ConvoCourses). These terms describe the conditions for using its lessons, simulated systems, community features and portfolios.

2. Training and practice

Exercises, scores and generated work samples support learning. They do not confer a government authorization, professional certification or employment guarantee. Use simulated information in exercises. Do not upload classified information, controlled government information, production credentials or confidential employer or customer records.

3. Your account and conduct

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Use only accounts and materials you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, harass other learners, manipulate scores, access another learner's private information or interfere with the service. Report suspected security problems to our contact address without accessing or disclosing other people's data.

4. Your work and public profiles

You retain ownership of material you create and submit. Submit material only when you have permission to use it. We process it to provide the features you request. Review your portfolio content and visibility settings before sharing a public link. Training materials supplied by ConvoCourses remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Access and payment

During the beta, access is free for a limited period. A displayed price does not start a subscription or authorize a charge. Any purchase will show its price, billing frequency, cancellation and refund terms before you agree to pay. Contact us about your existing course access.

6. Availability and account restrictions

The beta may change and may contain errors or interruptions. Keep copies of work you need outside the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service. Contact us to discuss an account restriction or to close your account. These terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
